My wife and I recently bought a house and it was evident that it needed some attention. I went with Diamond because they did power washing, gutters, and skylights. Mike gave me a very detailed estimate. They two person crew arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and what they may not be able to do regarding the gutter guards that I did not know I had at the time. When they were done I noticed the difference immediately and was happy at the job. I cannot really comment on price because I really did not shop around. I looked at the reviews and what they offered. The price was clearly defined and I would have been able to remove something or add something if needed. All in all I was highly satisfied with Diamond and would hire them again.

What a wonderful find Diamond Roof Cleaning was for us! We live in a development that has the word "forest" in its name and because of the predominant shade over our house, we are "green" by the time spring rolls around. Mike's crew, two very experienced techs, did a terrific job on our property. They arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and left us a sparkling (no lie!) house. I loved that they walked around the house with me and listened to my concerns about my shrubbery, plants, and walkways before they started. I also loved that the guys worked both as a team and as individuals to get the job done. They were very thorough and when they left, except for the wet grass and pavement, you'd hardly know that a major cleanup had taken place.
